Scott Shimko President

Scott Shimko serves as the President of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. He is a Civil Engineering Project Manger for KCI Technologies, Inc. with close to 25 years of experience in the design and management of highway infrastructure improvement projects. Scott is a graduate of North Pocono High School (1997) and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University (2001). He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE).

In addition to serving on the Clarks Summit Goes Pink board, Scott has also served onthe Abington Youth Basketball League board of directors since 2023. He is actively involved in coaching youth basketball, having been the head coach of the Abington Heights junior high girls’ team from 2021-2025 and the assistant coach of the Abington Heights junior high boys’ team since 2024. Scott has also been a registered PIAA basketball official since 2010.

Scott lives in Clarks Green, PA with his wife, Colleen, their five children Posie, William, Miles, Fletcher, and Teddy, and their four dogs Izzy, Rose, June, and Winnie. He is proud to lead the mission of Clarks Summit Goes Pink through service, leadership, and advocacy.


Colleen Shimko Vice President

Colleen Shimko serves as the Vice President of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. She is a seventh grade math teacher at Abington Heights Middle School. Prior to fulfilling her dream of teaching she worked as a licensed general securities representative for a family business, Stone Securities, Inc. She is a graduate of Abington Heights High School (1997), has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University (2001), and a master of science in education from wilkes university.

Colleen spends the majority of her time watching her children do the things they love, which includes everything from cheerleading, to bocce and robotics, to football and basketball. Before this busy family had nightly activities, Colleen enjoyed being a member of the Abington Business and Professional Association where she once served as co-chair of the Ice Festival and as a member of The Junior League of Scranton where assisting in the KNOWME art program and its implementation is a fond memory. Most recently, Colleen wanted to give qualifying students at Abington Heights Middle School the opportunity to participate in National Junior Honor Society. In the spring of 2022, the Abington Heights Middle School National Junior Honor Society inducted their first members and Colleen remains the chapter advisor.

Colleen lives in Clarks Green, PA with her husband, Scott, and their five children Posie, William, Miles, Fletcher, and Teddy.


Marisa Bevilacqua-Evans Secretary

Marisa Bevilacqua-Evans serves as the Secretary of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. She is a real estate professional with ERA One Source Realty and 20+ years in the industry.

A graduate of both Dunmore High School (1998) and Penn State University (2002), Marisa has volunteered for many local organizations over the years, most recently the St. Joseph’s Festival and the NEPA Youth Shelter.  She was also the former Social Chair at Glen Oak Country Club.

Marisa resides in Clarks Green with her husband, Christopher and two sons, Macsen and Callen.


Dave Abel Treasurer

Dave Abel serves as the Treasurer of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. He is a Principal Solution Consultant in the Non-Profit (NFP) vertical for Sage Intacct, a leading cloud-based financial management and accounting software (ERP) for growing mid-market companies. Dave has accumulated over 35 years of experience in accounting and ERP projects.

Dave is a graduate of Abington Heights High School (1987) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1991) and an MBA in Finance (1995) from the University of Scranton – Kania School of Management.

In addition to serving on the Clarks Summit Goes Pink board, Dave has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Abington Little League from 2013 through 2018 as League Commissioner and Treasurer as well as coaching little league baseball from 2008 through 2018. He also served on the Glen Oak Country Club Board of Directors from 2021 through 2023.

Dave lives in South Abington Township, PA with his wife, Lisa, and their two children Corey and Conner. He is honored to be a part of Clarks Summit Goes Pink and determined to contribute to its mission of raising breast cancer awareness and supporting individuals and families in the community through education, community engagement, and locally funded initiatives that promote early detection, hope, and improved health outcomes.


Board of Directors

Chris Evans Board Member

Chris Evans serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. He has worked in the Scranton School District for 28 years and is currently the Title I Math Interventionist at John G. Whittier Elementary School.  A 1993 graduate of West Scranton High School, he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (1998) and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership (2010) from the University of Scranton.

His most recent community involvement includes volunteering at the St. Joseph’s Festival and collecting donations for the NEPA Youth Shelter. 

After attending Dewey Goes Pink (DGP) several times over the last seven years, Chris is honored to join the Clarks Summit Goes Pink (CSGP) board. Having witnessed the impact that DGP has had on breast cancer awareness and support in Sussex County, Delaware, he hopes that CSGP will have a similarly positive effect on our local community.

Chris resides in Clarks Green with his wife, Marisa, and their two sons, Macsen and Callen.


Andrew Kettel III Board Member

Andrew Kettel III serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. He is an accomplished basketball coach, community leader, and sales professional with deep roots in Northeast Pennsylvania. He has built a respected career coaching at both the high school and college basketball levels, earning a reputation for leadership, player development, and a strong commitment to the values of teamwork, discipline, and mentorship.

In addition to his coaching career, Andrew serves as Chairman of Coaches vs. Cancer NEPA, where he plays a key role in uniting coaches and the basketball community to raise awareness and funds in the fight against cancer. His dedication to service reflects his belief in using sports as a platform to create meaningful impact beyond the court.

Professionally, Andrew is a Sales Consultant for Sysco, bringing a relationship-driven approach, accountability, and consistency to his work. He is a graduate of Abington Heights High School and attended East Stroudsburg University, experiences that helped shape both his leadership style and lifelong connection to the game of basketball.

Andrew resides in Clarks Green, with his wife Bridget and their children, Andrew, Katie, and Patrick.


Bridget Moylan Kettel Board Member

Bridget Moylan Kettel serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. She is a seventh-grade English Language Arts teacher at Abington Heights Middle School. A native of South Scranton, she is a graduate of Scranton Preparatory School and The University of Scranton, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Reading Education.

Deeply involved in her community, Bridget currently serves as President of the Abington Heights Boys Basketball Booster Club and has previously served on the board of the Abington Little League. She has been actively involved in the American Cancer Society’s Coaches vs. Cancer initiative for the past 17 years and was instrumental in bringing the Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball event to the area. Bridget proudly served as co-chair of the event for many years, helping to support cancer research and awareness through athletics.

She resides in Clarks Green with her husband, Andrew, and their three children, Andrew, Katie, and Patrick.


Debbie Musgrave Board Member

Debbie Musgrave serves as the Volunteer Director of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. Debbie is a high school social studies teacher at Abington Heights High School, where she is deeply involved in student leadership and service initiatives. She serves as the advisor for SADD and PBIS, coaches Unified Bocce and Unified Track, and is a co-advisor for Mini-THON, inspired by Penn State’s THON and focused on supporting pediatric cancer awareness. Passionate about service, inclusion, and community engagement, Debbie brings that same dedication to her role with Clarks Summit Goes Pink. Outside of school and volunteer work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and connecting with family and friends.  


Amy Poremba Board Member

Amy Poremba serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Clarks Summit Goes Pink. She is a lifelong northeastern Pennsylvania resident and has called Clarks Summit home for more than two decades. She and her late husband, Michael J. Poremba, have two children, Mallory and Declan. Amy is a graduate of Bishop O’Hara High School (1998), and Marywood University (2002), where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with magna cum laude honors. Professionally, Amy has more than 20 years of experience in outsourced HR administration ; consulting, and project; operations management.

In addition to serving on the board for Clarks Summit Goes Pink, Amy has also volunteered her time during the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure (2017-2018), and the Abington Heights Girls Basketball Pink Game Committee to benefit Coaches vs. Cancer (2026). She was a member of the Clarks Summit Elementary PTA, where she served as treasurer for the 2017-18 school year, and chair of the teacher and staff appreciation luncheon for 10 years. Amy was also a cheerleading coach for the Abington Junior Comets (2022-2023), and throughout the years has actively volunteered with the Abington Area Girls Softball League (AAGSL), and Blue Chip Animal Farm and Rescue.

Amy is committed to serving her community and looks forward to raising continued awareness and support for those impacted by breast cancer.


Race Directors

Bruce and Holly Reddock Race Directors

Bruce and Holly Reddock are thrilled to serve as the Race Directors for the Clarks Summit Goes Pink 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk. As avid members of the local running and endurance sports community, they bring a shared passion for fitness, event organization, and community impact to this meaningful cause.

Professionally, Bruce serves as the Northeast Regional Director for Business-PA and brings valuable logistical expertise as the former co-owner of a race and event production business. Holly dedicates her career to patient care as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) at Geisinger CMC.

Their commitment to athletics runs deep. Together, Bruce and Holly have crossed the finish lines of multiple full marathons, half marathons, and 10K/5K events, and have competed as teammates in Ragnar relays and an IRONMAN 70.3 relay. They are currently in active training seasons: Bruce is preparing to race the bike leg for an IRONMAN 70.3 relay with Athletic Brewing Co.’s Team Athletic, while Holly is training for an upcoming fall marathon.

Bruce and Holly reside in Peckville, PA, with their two rescue dogs, Maverick and Charlie Grace. When they aren’t training or working, they love to travel and spend their free time boating on Lake Wallenpaupack.
